Os selos desta emissão apresentam sempre algumas irregularidades no papel porcelana. Foram emitidos assim mesmo, deve ser considerado normal e não um defeito. Este pormenor deve-se ao facto de estes selos terem sido aproveitados do refugo da emissão anterior para sobretaxar.

The stamps of this issue always have some small irregularities in the paper (chalk paper). They were issued like this, is considered normal and not a defect. This detail is due to the fact that these stamps were recovered from the old stock remains (from the previous issue) to place the surcharges.
